Problem with start

I have a problem with start this program.Click on desktop on TurboHUD (LightningMOD) and application do nothing. I have all off in defender and i give permision to this folder.

Same here. I've got Windows 10 Home Single Language Build 19042.906 (Russian). Application log shows two errors: 1000 and 1005. Windows is fresh installed. Is there a fix?
